Eligibility

Minnesota residents over 18 with earned income below 200% of poverty level

Required documents

An application is required (available on our website or at our front desk) along with copy of ID, proof of residence, and proof of income

Hours

  • Office: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday- Common Cents, a financial class that is a requirement for all newly enrolled FAIM people: call for details and to pre-register

  • FAIM is a statewide program governed by State and Federal rules and eligibility- Call or email to apply; once application is reviewed and person is eligible, a Connect Forward Coach will call to make an enrollment appointment

Matched savings program; participants save $40/month for 2 years and receive a 3:1 match. Savings can be used to buy a house, start a business, or for educationParticipants must also complete a financial course, plus training in owning a home, succeeding in school, or starting a business.
