Description
County public health nurses visit families in homes or in offices to offer health promotion screening and health education. Visits are voluntary and tailored to the individual family's interests and needs. Nurses can offer a variety of discussions about: - Breastfeeding - Child health, growth, development, and safety - Family planning - Infant care - Nutrition - Parenting - Pregnancy health
