  • Open to all- ID Card: Available to anyone; applicants must present identity documents as proof of age and full name- Driver's License: Applicants must be 18 years or older and pass both knowledge and road testsNew Drivers:- 18-year-olds: Must have held an instruction permit for 6 months- 19-year-olds: Must have held an instruction permit for 3 months- Provisional License: Applicants must be 16 years or older and have held an instruction permit for 6 months
