- Open to all needing brief legal advice with an emphasis on serving the Somali community - Serves low-income individuals at 125% of the federal definition of poverty in addition to asset limitations - Other eligibility requirements may apply depending on the type of case and individual facts

- All documents pertaining to the legal issue including any paperwork received concerning the case and the names, phone numbers and addresses of all persons involved - Preparing and bringing a written summary of the legal situation will also make the most of the time available with the attorney

Free legal advice and brief services from volunteer attorneys with the Volunteer Lawyers Network. Services focus on civil issues such as: - Debt and consumer issues - Housing (tenant/landlord) - Immigration Appointments are typically brief, 15 - 30 minutes per client, and volunteers may occasionally need to cancel due to emergencies.
