- Riders: Older adults ages 60 and older who currently have Blue Plus, Medica, Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA), South Country, and UCare clients who are residents of Fillmore County - Volunteers: Adults ages 21 and older
- Riders: Application/intake health insurance card Medical Assistance/Medicaid (MA) - Volunteers: Driver's license good driving record proof of insurance
8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

- Call dispatcher 48 hours in advance (if possible) and leave a voicemail if picked up by the answering service - Donation-Based Rides: Call dispatch
