Connects Veterans who are homeless and at-risk of homelessness with resources for housing, health care, employment, and other services. Helps connect Veterans with: - Guidance through the disability compensation process, eligibility, claims, and application - Help with benefits-related questions with filing benefits, claims, and access VA services and programs - One-on-one support, counseling, and training for employment and readiness programs - Veteran pensions and applications
