Provides year-round opportunities to build relationships and strengthen local power through youth and family programming, art and music initiatives, leadership and learning projects, community listening and co-design processes, and celebrations. Supports capacity-building, leadership development, systems-change, and place-based development (including housing/environment), adapting over time in partnership with residents to shift power and create more just and sustainable change.
