Professional assessment and screening for mental health crisis. A mental health practitioner or professional will provide a thorough assessment and intake to determine what type of support services are needed. Appropriate interventions will be offered to you to choose what is best for you. Options will include community or home based stabilization, residential stabilization at New Leaf Healing Center, or inpatient psychiatric services. Residential stabilization services will include a short stay, usually 10 days or less, at our facility. Where you will be offered support, resources, and practical tools to help you stabilize and return home.

New Leaf Healing Center is a short term residential crisis stabilization facility. Fully supervised around the clock 24/7. Our mental health professionals and practitioners will be offering onsite groups such as:- Coping skills- communication skills- Healthy Relationships- Emotion Regulation- Anger Management- Financial Management- Therapeutic Art- Gardening- Fitness- Nutrition and effects on Mental Health- Healthy Hobbies- Holistic recovery groups using nature, fires, meditation, and other natural symptom management techniques.Native American Spiritual Activities- Sweat lodge- Native garden- Smudging- Talking circle- FiresAlso offering onsite Rule 25 chemical health assessments, recommendations, and referral.
