Eligibility
- Serves individuals ages 18 and older- Must not be currently abusing alcohol or drugs, actively gambling or compulsively shoplifting. Must have recently completed a care facility program discharged by means of staff approval. Clients must be committed to sober living and have at least 90 days of continuous sobriety prior to application. - Criminal history will be reviewed on an individual basis. Certain offenses may result in denial of admission- Clients must be considered a vulnerable adult and homeless under state/county guidelines- Must have a fixed income such as SSI, SSDI, employed, or able to qualify for GRH/Housing Support Services - Must be able to do all activities of daily living including hygiene care and medication management

Application process
- A referral is required through the Coordinated Entry process- This process is open to individuals who are staying in an emergency shelter or working with a street outreach team and sleeping outdoors (camp, car, transit, etc)- Individuals currently staying with friends or family, or who are in treatment, will not be able to access Coordinated Entry
