- Car seat information and checks: Certified technicians available to provide education and assistance of proper car seat installation for all families regardless of income - Car seat distribution class: Income eligible families attend a 60 minute class to receive instruction on proper use and installation as well as a new child safety seat - Milestones provides car seat distribution class for those with MA BluePlus (320)251-5081
