Provides transitional housing and wraparound support services for youth ages 18 - 24 who are at risk of imminent risk of or experiencing homelessness. Manages 16 scattered-site apartments with services which include:- Building independent living skills and financial literacy- Helping youth and young adults move from crisis to long-term stability- Partial rent subsidy for up to three years- Weekly case management services to meet goals in school, employment, in the home, or to find an apartment
