Services provided:- 12-Step facilitation- Case management/case monitoring services- Combination of medically assisted treatment with individualized counseling and therapy- Methadone/Buprenorphine treatment while under the supervision of the medical provider and nursing staff- Motivational enhancement- Naltrexone/Antabuse programs- Patient education- Relapse prevention and recovery services- Supportive recovery for the long-term
