Provides the following services and information to prevent the spread of diseases:- Assists with and conducts infectious disease investigations- Communicable disease prevention, education, and follow-up to control the spread of disease- Coordinates infectious disease investigations with the Minnesota Department of Health- Offers immunizations and information on immunization schedules and records- Provides information on various communicable diseases and conditions
