Attorney and legal advisor for the County; renders legal advice to County and district officers relative to official duties:- Involuntary detention of people who are alleged to have severe emotional or chemical dependency problems and who are unable or unwilling to seek voluntary care for themselves- Prosecutes individuals for felonies, gross misdemeanors, and misdemeanors- Provides information for media requests and handles public questions and complaints- Prosecutes juveniles who have broken the law and provides a means of protection for children in need- Victim/witness services and restitution information?
