Provides legal advice, advocacy, representation, and referral services to taxpayers who are low income and having issues with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Additonal services include: - Addressing identity theft problems- Advocating for an audit reconsideration- Helping recover a portion of your refund taken for a spouse's debt- Providing representation in US Tax Court for people with low incomes or who speak English as a second language- Reducing or eliminating tax debt- Stopping IRS collection action- Worker misclassification
