- Call; visit website; walk in- If an animal's life is in immediate danger, call 911- For animal cruelty complaints, call Minnesota Federated Humane Societies at (877)826-4625- To inquire about a report filed call (612)866-8663- After filing a report, call the agency back after 48 hours and ask about the results of the investigation
