Provides short-stay rehabilitation services to help residents recover and regain strength after an injury, surgery, or major illness. Intent is to transfer from the hospital to home when individuals are ready. Services offered: - 24-hour skilled nursing care to give residents support they need around the clock - Intravenous (IV) care to safely carry out doctor orders regarding fluid and medication delivery - On-site therapy department to provide occupational, physical, and speech therapy - Personalized care coordination with comprehensive evaluations to create an appropriate, effective care plan of care - Rehabilition services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapy
