Permanent, Supportive Housing (Maxfield Place): Permanent, supportive housing program for adults with a diagnosed disability who are considered chronically homeless. There are 10 individual apartments for single adults which include a bed, full kitchen, and bathroom. Maxfield Place is staffed 24 hour/7 days a week and employs a caseworker, who helps residents develop a long-term plan and collaborates with other service providers for referrals.Day Shelter Program: Daytime shelter with showers, laundry, information and referral on community resources, computers, Wi-Fi, and is pet friendly. Located at 700 South Riverfront Dr, Door E.
