- Administers curbside and rural recycling programs that include mattresses, box springs, tires, agricultural plastics, car seats, and commercial/pre-consumer waste. Conducts paper drives and operates an aluminum redemption program. - Non-profit organizations can be listed in the Donation Directory. This directory allows residents and businesses to donate their aluminum can values to area non-profits.
