The Cookie Cart is a youth employment training program that takes the form of a retail/commercial bakery. As paid employees of the Cookie Cart, teens learn the responsibilities and discipline that come with employment. The practical job skills young people learn at the Cookie Cart help ensure a successful transition to traditional employment in the mainstream workforce.
