Chemical dependency treatment programs which include: - Chemical dependency assessment and referral - Continuing Care - Dual Diagnosis treatment - Intensive outpatient treatment - Program for family members and significant others - Residential treatment NOTE: Outpatient program in Minneapolis focuses on LGBTQ2+ individuals, and Eden Prairie location is open for any adult, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.
