Low-income individuals who are currently employed, have a valid job offer, have a Minnesota driver's license, meet income guidelines, and are residents of Crow Wing, Morrison, or Todd counties

Helps low-income individuals who need to purchase or repair a vehicle. The program includes: - The vehicle purchase or repair loan is needed to continue work, school, or make medical appointments - Repayment terms are flexible - Vehicle purchase loan of $4,000 maximum - Vehicle repair loan of $1,000 maximum
