  • Families who are low-income with children age birth - 5 who are residents of Marshall and Roseau counties- Families who are low-income with children age birth - 3 who are residents of Lake of the Woods and Kittson counties- Head Start classrooms are operated in the following school districts: Grygla, Marshall County Central (Viking), Badger, Roseau, and Warroad

Early Head Start:- Provides health, nutrition, dental, child development education and parent education for families with children 0 - 3 years of age.- Home visits are made weekly with socialization and parent meetings monthly.Head Start:- Provides health, nutrition, dental, child development education, parent education, and a pre-school educational experience for children 3 - 5 years of age.- Children have opportunities for centers 4 days a week
