The Care Center is a 32-bed facility adjacent to the Mahnomen Health Center. When a patient requires a higher level of care, the Care Center is available to patients that provide skilled nursing services. Offers both private and semi-private rooms and focuses on resident's quality of life. Helps with daily activities, events, and transportation to residents.
