Public housing with 37 apartments; each has a bedroom, living room, and a kitchen equipped with an electric range and a refrigerator. Features: - Electrical switches at waist height - Elevator - Emergency buzzer system - Heat, water, electricity, garbage, and sewer - Large community room and craft room with activities - Nine garages (monthly charge) - Parking spaces for tenants' cars with plug-ins (seasonal charge) - Patio with planters and outdoor furniture - Showers with grab bars - M-F noon meal in community room (daily charge)
