Emergency food shelf for persons living in area. Clients will be asked to provide name, address, telephone number, the number of adults and the number of children to be served and if there are any infants. Clients should call the day on which food is to be picked up. Clients will need proof of address and identification for all members of the household. Usage is limited to once every 30 days.Senior Food Shelf: Usage is limited to seniors and may be used once a month by appointment only. Free home delivery.Free hot lunch provided Monday - Thursday to community membersHygiene: Shampoo, razors, shaving cream, soap and lotion are given to clients once every two months. The availability of hygiene products will vary.Transportation: Clients can qualify for tokens or a bus card in one of two ways. The caseworker must be able to verify by telephone that the client has a permanent job for which they have not received their first paycheck or have several medical appointments.Energy conservation services including furnace checks and minor repairs, call 612-721-6462.Referrals to LensCrafters for free eye exam and glasses.Limited financial assistance for special needs.
