Description

- Free car seat education; car seats available to those who qualify - Child care consultation services with contracted child care centers - Education related to injury prevention including home safety - Family home visits to provide antepartum, postpartum, breast feeding, family planning, infant care, child growth, and development assessments, education, promotion of parenting - Follow Along Program to provide information regarding growth, development, and screen for need for referral to other services, including medical and early childhood special education - Provide services to children with special needs, including waiver case management, personal care attendant assessment - Support to schools including assistance with early childhood screenings
