Eligibility

Individuals and their caregivers and/or dependent children, diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD

Required documents

  • Must provide documentation of compromised nutritional status or struggle to provide healthy meals for themselves- Application/registration form on website under 'meals' tab
proof of diagnosis of illness from healthcare provider proof of household income health insurance and residency

Hours

  • Client Services Office: 8:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday
8:30 am - 3 pm Friday- Weekly food deliveries will be scheduled with hours of delivery between 11 am - 2 pm weekdays- Pick-up meal hours at Open Arms: 11 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
