Non-profit clinic caring for underserved, low-income individuals and families, offering preventative, acute, and chronic medical care, including limited diagnostic services and medications to patients free of charge. Services include:- Acute: Upper respiratory infections, abdominal complaints, skin conditions, etc.?- Chronic: Care for hypertension, depression, and diabetes (including insulin, testing supplies, dilated eye exams, and diabetic education)?- Diagnostics: Radiology including x-ray, ultrasound, bone density, ECG, referrals for mammography, and colonoscopy?- Hispanic Family Therapy: A bilingual, bicultural psychotherapist provides short-term therapy for Spanish-speaking individuals and families with mental health concerns?- Lab: Full laboratory services?- Medication Assistance: Provides up to a 3 month supply of medications at no cost to the patient. Provides assistance applying to pharmaceutical company Patient Assistance Programs that can typically require an application and additional paperwork.?- Mental health care: Single-session therapy appointments, and referrals to local mental health professionals who can provide continuous care?- Preventative: Sports physicals, women's health, lab screening?- Resource coordination with local and state programs?- Specialty Clinics: Orthopedics, Nutrition/Diabetic Education, Optical, and Women's Health?- Telemedicine and telehealth therapy
