Description

Assists homeless single adults currently residing in a Hennepin County shelter who have been referred by a county screener in finding safe, decent and affordable housing in Hennepin County. The Rapid Exit Manager also assists clients with meeting and maintaining basic needs and connecting to other resources needed to achieve self-sufficiency.
