Mayor and City Council Members:- Member information: https://www.ci.mora.mn.us/home/mayor-and-council City Departments:- Administration: Responsible for various services to other departments of the city as well as the public such as elections, voting information, licensing/permits, and finance- Community Development: Oversees construction projects meet requirements of the state building code. Responsible for issuing building permits, collection applicable fees, and performing the required inspections.- Fire Department: Provides fire suppression, fire prevention, and rescue services to city residents of Mora, Quamba, all or a part of the following townships of Arthur, Brunswick, Comfort, Grass Lake, Hillman, Knife Lake, Peace, Pomroy, and Whited- Parks and Recreation Department: Oversees the city parks and hosts community events- Street Department: Responsible for street maintenance, street cleanings, snowplowing, and parking information during the winter months- Mora Municipal Utilities: Governed by the Mora Public Utilities Commission operating the water, wastewater, and electric utilities within the city and other parts of townships
