Description

A four-week parent education program that helps parents: - Build a strong literacy foundation in the home and understand the important role that reading plays in shaping cultural identity, self-efficacy, and confidence about learning - Gain usable information, knowledge, literacy traditions, and skills to encourage reading in the home - Improve reading skills with their children - Strengthen the parent's advocacy skills for partnering with schools and teachers
