Certain non-citizens who are considered refugees, and who have been in Kanabec County 8 months or less who meet income, household makeup, and circumstantial eligibility requirements

Provides temporary financial assistance for refugees and eligible entrants while they are in the process of resettling in the United States.Able-bodied RCA recipients are required to participate in an employment and training program. RCA recipients who are disabled or 65 years of age or older are required to apply for SSI.
