Provide assistance in finding housing (including emergency shelter, transitional or permanent housing) - Assist in accessing basic needs items (food, clothing, footwear) - Assist in connecting to VA services (including medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment) - Justice system navigation and community reentry from jail - Provide case management to help access additional services that may be beneficial
