Eligibility

Open to all individuals 21 years and younger who meet all of the following criteria: - Currently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or a related condition - Currently enrolled in Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (MA-TEFRA), or other qualifying health care program - Have completed a Comprehensive Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation (CMDE) that establishes medical necessity for EIDBI services

8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday

Application process

Visit website; a free online training module is available for families, providers, county staff, and others interested in learning about EIDBI. The training provides an overview of the EIDBI benefit and how to access it. It also presents information on healthcare coverage, how to find or enroll as a provider, and other resources related to ASD.
