- Assurance of election certificates to qualified election winners - Handles absentee ballot requests and voting procedures - Holds training sessions before each election for municipal and township clerks and election judges - Member of the County Canvassing Board to check tabulations - Prepares ballots for use in elections in 40 county election precincts - Receives and tabulates results of elections and files them with the Secretary of State - Secures and distributes to precincts supplies and equipment required - Voter registration record keeping
