Eligibility

Low-income individuals whose current housing may be inadequate due to being overpriced, overcrowded, or in disrepair, who are unable to secure a conventional home loan to purchase a home, have the income to pay for a mortgage, and must reside in Carlton, Lake, and southern Saint Louis County

150 hours of sweat equity hours for households with one or more members and 250 hours for only one member households and completion of hours before the purchase of the home; 0% interest mortgage and escrow; vary by service
