Eligibility

Residents of Washington County who are:- Fathers or alleged fathers of a minor child- Parents of a minor child and if one parent does not live with the child- Parents who pay court-ordered child support- Have court-ordered, physical custody of a minor child- Receiving public assistance for a minor child who lives in their home

Services include: - Collecting current and past-due support payments - Locating non-custodial parents - Establishing parentage - Establishing and enforcing child support orders for basic, medical, and child care support - Reviews and modifies court orders for supportNOTE: Child Support Services does not provide parenting time, custody, legal advice, divorce counsel, or spousal maintenance establishment
