Eligibility
- Residents of North Minneapolis with an immediate need for rental assistance or utilities who meet the following criteria:- Young adults ages 18-24 or families with youth ages 13-24 who are living full time in the home- Be willing to participate in Prevention Supportive Services for 90 days. Supportive Services include budget planning, individualized support plan, and learning about community resources- Provide verification/documentation of need
